The Keystone Talent Bridge
The Keystone Talent Bridge is our workforce development program designed to create real employment pathways through hands-on paid training and real workplace experience. Participants build practical job skills, develop confidence, and connect with local employers who are committed to inclusive hiring.
We are now accepting participants for our upcoming cohorts and currently have openings available. If you or someone you know is looking for an opportunity to gain experience and move toward meaningful employment, we encourage you to apply.
Frequently asked questions
Where do you source your coffee beans?
We only process Grade 1 Arabica Coffee Beans. Our blends include Ethiopian Harrar, Hawaii Kona, Sumatra Mandheling, Panamanian Geisha and Tanzanian Peaberry to name a few.
How do you package your beverages?
We package 1/2 lb.(8oz), 3/4 lb.(12oz) and 1-pound(16oz) bags of ground and whole bean coffee.
We also package Hot Pods®(K-cup compatible) single serve pods
what type of beverages do you sell?
We sell Coffee and Hot Chocolate by the bag and single serve pods.
We sell Tea and lemon drinks in single serve pods.
how is the mission of serving the disabled community going?
We are fortunate in the fact that we have a wonderful community that supports us hiring people with barriers to employment. We have a long waiting list of individuals that have gone through assessments and are waiting for us to grow so we can hire more people.
We have a very safe, stress-free environment that emphasizes cleanliness, quality, teamwork and standard operating procedure training so individuals can learn our work ethic and move on to other jobs as they feel better about themselves and realize they can do anything they set their mind to.
